Hundreds of thousands of Haitian kids suffer from lack of basic necessities like electricity, potable water, and sufficient food. They have few healthy outlets to develop confidence and express themselves. Many see no alternative but to turn to gangs.
The Federation of Haitian Football, the governing body of professional and amateur soccer in Haiti, has a deep commitment to supporting these kids to better their lives through soccer. FHF oversees a network of 320 local soccer clubs for kids of all ages.
